I believe that fitness is an
extremely important element in living a
healthy and happy life at all ages. The
better we feel about our bodies, the better
we feel about ourselves. The better care we
take of our bodies, the better care our
bodies will take of us. As we reach middle
age and older the importance of exercise
does not diminish it grows more important.
No matter what your age is, young or older,
or what your initial physical shape is, I
will work with you to help you achieve your
goals that you set for yourself.
I am an average woman. I am
not a fitness or figure competitor. I have
an understanding of the problems that women
face every day of their lives in trying to
stay healthy and take time for themselves.
I have yo-yo dieted. I have had three
different size wardrobes in my closet at
once. I also know that you can get past
that.
I grew up in Monroeville and
have lived in Murrysville since 1993. I was
an aerobics instructor before I had my
children. During my boys young years I was
up and down on the scale. Four years ago I
started teaching fitness classes again and
last year I began personal training. I
enjoy passing my knowledge on to others and
helping to motivate people to become fitter
and healthier. I have my AFAA® group
fitness certification and my ACE® personal
training certification.
Exercise and being healthy
does not have to be the time consuming
obstacle that a lot of new exercisers think
that it is going to be. Crazy fad diets are
not part of the plan. Sensible eating and a
sensible work out plan is all that you
need. Are you ready to get started? Don’t
put it off any longer. Contact me for more
information.
