There is no charge for the
initial ½ hour consultation.
All sessions are 1 hour in
length.
Sessions can be held in your
home, workplace or outdoors (weather
permitting).
I will supply all of the
equipment needed for a complete, efficient
workout.
Packages are available as
follows:
Bi-weekly sessions
6 sessions
8 sessions
10 sessions
Tri-weekly sessions
9 sessions
12 sessions
15 sessions
Other packages can be
discussed on an individual basis.
Two sessions per week is the
minimum for any package.
Small group training is also
available.
