In January of 2008  at 70 inches tall I weighed 280 lbs. As most people do, I decided I was going to start the new year off right.......... Change my lifestyle and habits, get healthy and lose some weight. I met Kim Berkowitz and changes began to occur. 
         Kim developed an individualized fitness plan based on my personal needs, goals,  and preferences. She keeps track of my BMI, weight, and food consumption. Kim educates me on fitness, setting realistic goals, and healthy eating habits. She is my irreplaceable support system. 

        My workouts never get easy or, boring. Kim always changes it up.

        So here I am five months later, down 60lbs (results not typical), full of energy, building muscle, and most importantly, loving life.

I am a 49 year old woman who has trained with Kim for three months and I have seen continuous improvement in my strength and stamina as well as body shape.  She has a great attitude and makes the hard workouts as fun as they can be.  She varies the exercise routine often which keeps my workout fresh and challenging.  I look forward to seeing continued results.

I was nervous about doing any type of strength work because I did not want to get big muscles.  Kim assured me when we began working together two months ago that that would not happen.  I love the way that I look these days.  I have lost body fat and gained a stronger, thinner body.  She was right, no bulk.  Kim has been very encouraging and she keeps me motivated.
